My position mainly involves providing technical support for AT&T customers across a wide range of U-VERSE products and software services such as Fiber Internet, DSL Internet, U-verse TV, VoIP, AT&T emails, AT&T apps, and website accounts.

 

Daily responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and configuring SOHO routers using the GUI to add, edit, or change the device setting based on the customer needs such as port forwarding, wireless channels settings,  configuring static route addresses on the customer devices, firewall settings, and many more,

• Analyzing automated diagnostics and troubleshooting the customer issue accordingly,

• Handling first-time interactions with new customers to ensure that the service is installed correctly with minimum effort,

• Troubleshooting order issues if occurred. or escalate the ticket according to the process based on the established intervals, 

• Ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. • Acquiring new skills and knowledge on new products and technologies as I progress.
